Depending on the surface type and level of soiling to be cleaned, we may use either hot or cold water pressure washing. We’ll clean a test area when we come to quote for the job, allowing us to see which option will provide the best results.

Chemical requirements depend on the surface type, size and soiling. For larger carparks, a sweeper and scruber utilising chemicals is a cost effective solution we offer.

Alternatively, when using our industrial pressure cleaners, chemicals are generally not required due to the high pressure and heat. For specific soiling issues, we may use surface-safe acids, alkalines or degreasers.
