Cleopatra’s fully trained cleaning operatives have provided thousands of COVID-19 precautionary sanitisation cleans for businesses all across the east coast of Australia. By ensuring that all surfaces and touchpoints have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, we’ll help you to minimise the risk of contamination. Precautionary COVID cleaning is recommended as a regular ongoing service, helping to reduce the spread of the virus in the long term.

We also provide comprehensive COVID-19 deep cleaning to eradicate the virus where a case has been confirmed. This two-step cleaning and disinfecting process starts with a thorough pre-clean using a detergent to prepare surfaces for sanitisation. We will then apply a safe but effective disinfectant, which is left to get to work for at least 10 minutes. Depending on the surface, we’ll either leave the disinfectant to air dry or rinse it with water

After completion, we’ll issue you with a deep clean certificate detailing the date of the clean and other important information, such as the name of the detergent and disinfectant used.

What training has your staff undergone?

All of our cleaning operatives have completed an infection control training course, including the proper use of PPE, to ensure a safe work environment for your staff and customers.

Do you offer emergency callouts?

It’s important to act quickly to sanitise your premises when a COVID-19 case has been confirmed. We’re able to come to you out of hours and on short notice, helping you to minimise the risk of contamination.

What cleaning agents do you use for COVID-19 deep cleans?

We use a neutral detergent for the initial clean to prepare surfaces for disinfection. We commonly then use Biosan II disinfectant to fully sanitise the area.

Are your cleaning agents food safe?

Yes, the ingredients in disinfectants we use are classified as safe for use in food preparation areas.

Will you issue a deep clean certificate after completion?

Following COVID-19 cleaning, we’ll issue you with a deep clean certificate detailing the date of the clean and other important information, such as the name of the detergent and disinfectant used.

Do you only serve the Gold Coast?

Cleopatra serves South-East Queensland and all major NSW and ACT cities and towns. The Gold Coast is just one of the regions we cover, including everything from Logan, Southport and Burleigh Heads down to Coolangatta.
